Free Delivery
Please note that for customers who select the Free Delivery (No Tracking) option, we only provide proof of shipment. You will not be able to track your order status afterwards, and the item may fail to be delivered. If you still have not received your order after 60 days, we will escalate the issue to our Level 2 Support Team and process a full, no-questions-asked refund. The refund will be completed within 30 days.
If your order total exceeds $75, we strongly recommend that you select the Standard Delivery (With Tracking) option, allowing you to track your order status at any time until delivery.
How to Return an Item?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchased item and wish to return it, or if there are any issues with the item you received, please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving your order. We will process your return request immediately upon receipt. We aim to resolve all issues within 30 days.
If you find missing items or incorrect items (not matching your order) upon receiving your package, please contact us via our official email within 24 hours and provide photos. We will handle your case as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and the reason for return. Our customer service team will review your return request. If approved, we will send you further instructions.
We only accept returns for items purchased directly from us. If you bought the item from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for returns.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and documents.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as we sent them, and in intact packaging. Items with stains, folded cards, broken seals or plastic film will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if returned items do not meet the above requirements. Personalized/custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The following items are non-returnable:
Items purchased from retailers
Incorrectly ordered items
Items damaged due to improper customer use
Return requests without proof of purchase may be rejected. Tanniel Group Inc reserves the right to reject any return request.
What if I Receive a Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Item?
Did you receive a defective or incorrect item? Or are you simply unsatisfied with your order?
Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. Provide the following information:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Video or photos of the defective item (if applicable)
Full delivery address
Contact phone number
In some cases, you may be required to provide video or photo evidence of the defective item to qualify for a refund or exchange.
How Long Does the Return Process Take?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your returned item. We will confirm with you via email once the return has been processed.
For returned items:
Defective items will receive a full refund.
For non-defective items, refunds exclude all shipping and handling fees.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
All refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your issuing bank with any questions about when the refund will be credited.
If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:
Contact your bank/credit card company. Refunds may take time to process.
How to Change or Cancel an Order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to provide your order number and the changes you wish to make. We will confirm with you once the modification is completed.
Any cancellation after order submission will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total price, regardless of how soon after placement (even one second), as payment processors/credit card companies charge us cancellation fees.
Please note that any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
